Shipping policy

At Bryanne Torres Studio, we aim to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders (except custom paintings) are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom paintings require additional time depending on the complexity of the order. We will provide an estimated completion time when you place your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within United States on orders over $100 and if the painting is smaller than 24"x36". Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. You will be able to see these calculations in your checkout cart.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

Standard International Shipping: 2-10 business days

*Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fess imposed by their country.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each painting is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in secure packaging.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

For international orders, please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Damages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through reimbursement (completed through a claim with carrier) or repair.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
